Shipping
We send out orders promptly, everyday Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays). All flag orders received before 4pm will be sent the same day. All flagpole orders received before 2pm will be sent the same day. All orders placed over the weekend are dispatched Monday.
All shipping prices are quoted at checkout. Prices start at $2.50 incl. GST for one standard size flag or $1.50 for our smaller sizes. Fastpost and Courier methods are also available at extra cost. These can be selected at Checkout.
All items are sent via CourierPost, Fastway Couriers or NZ Post
We are happy to send any products internationally but you must choose the International Delivery option at checkout. International deliveries are dispatched via NZ Post International airmail delivery. For swifter International Courier Services (DHL and EMS) please CONTACT US.
Returns
All Returns MUST be in resalable condition with the original and complete packaging.
Returns are only accepted within 7 days of invoice date. If a product is being returned due to a fault then a replacement will be arranged. If a replacement is not available a full refund will be given in the form of a bank deposit or refund to credit card.
Returns are only accepted at the discretion of The Flag Shop Ltd., whilst not infringing on your legal rights under New Zealand law.
Delivery charges and other fees incurred will not be refunded.
