Do we offer overnight delivery?
Yes, we can send via target overnight courier using courier bags if you select the courier method at checkout and order before 2:50PM during the weekdays. In 98% of the cases, this will arrive the next business day. However, unforeseen courier network delays may occur. To maximize delivery speed, choose a New Zealand metro area address where possible.
Is Saturday delivery available?

Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we offer InternationalAirmail Delivery, which can be selected at checkout for non-New Zealand addresses. Typical delivery time is 2-4 weeks. If you require faster shipping, we also offer International Courier services through DHL or EMS. How long will my flag last?
The lifespan of a flag depends on factors such as wind, rain, pollution, and UV exposure. All flags eventually wear out and will need replacing. To extend its life, we recommend flying it only during daylight hours and avoiding extreme weather conditions. Our heavy-duty polybunting flags are designed for extended outdoor use compared to our lighter polyester flags. Some customers however prefer to go for the lighter polyester flags where they get a better cost-to-lifetime ratio in their weather conditions.
Should I choose a heavy-duty or regular flagpole?
We offer two types of upright flagpoles, along with a wall-mounted option:
• Heavy Duty Flagpole: 60mm diameter, 3mm thick, white powder-coated aluminium. Recommended for commercial areas or high-wind locations.
• Height Recommendations: For single-story homes, we suggest 16ft or 20ft poles; for double-story homes, a 20ft pole is ideal.
