Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We process and ship orders promptly from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Flag and Flagpole orders placed before 2:50 PM are shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, starting from $5.00 incl. GST for a standard-size flag using Standard Delivery. We also offer Courier options starting from $5.50 incl. GST for a standard-size flag, which can be selected at checkout.

All orders are shipped via NZ Post or Aramex.

We also ship internationally. If you require international delivery, please select the appropriate option at checkout. International orders are sent via NZ Post International Airmail. For faster shipping via DHL or EMS, please contact us directly.


Returns

All returned items must be in resalable condition, including the original and complete packaging.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the invoice date.
  • If a product is faulty, we will arrange a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued via bank deposit or credit card refund.
  • Returns are accepted at the discretion of The Flag Shop Ltd., in accordance with New Zealand law.

Please note: Delivery charges and any additional fees incurred will not be refunded.
